The Fennec Host will be the person who sets the tone for the Fennec experience. They are the first person and the last person our guests will see. High energy and personality are a must.
The primary role of the Late Night Host is to ensure a safe, welcoming, and orderly entrance experience for all guests. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the venue.
- Collecting cover charges and processing payments accurately.
- Managing multiple guets lists and ensuring entry procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring the crowd at the entrance to prevent overcrowding and maintain a safe environment.
- Communicating with security personnel and management to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and offering guidance on venue policies and events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Knowledge of legal drinking age regulations and ID verification procedures.
- Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using POS systems or ticketing software.
- Familiarity with music venue operations, bar operations, and guest services.
- Basic knowledge of crowd management techniques.
